Bot Submission Guidelines

Required:

• Bot must be online and functional at time of submission
• Core features must work as described
• Bot must respond to commands/interactions within reasonable time
• Must have at least one useful command or feature

Not Allowed:

• Broken or non-functional bots
• Test bots or development versions
• Bots that are frequently offline
• Empty bots with no real functionality

Name:

• Must be 2-100 characters
• Should match your bot's actual Discord name
• No impersonation of other bots or services
• No excessive special characters or emoji spam

Short Description:

• 10-200 characters
• Clear, concise summary of your bot's main purpose
• No misleading claims or clickbait

Full Description:

• Minimum 50 characters, maximum 10,000
• Detailed explanation of features and functionality
• Use Markdown for formatting (optional but recommended)
• Include command examples if applicable
• Be honest about limitations or premium features

Invite Link (Required):

• Must be a valid Discord OAuth2 invite URL
• Should include necessary permissions for bot to function
• Don't request excessive permissions
• Must point to the correct bot (matching Client ID)

Optional Links:

• Website: Official bot website with documentation/info
• Support Server: Discord invite to your support server
• GitHub: Link to your bot's repository (if open source)
• All optional links must be valid HTTPS URLs

• Must select at least 1 category, maximum 3
• Categories should accurately reflect your bot's features
• Available categories: AI, Anime, Auto-Mod, Economy, Education, Fun, Games, Giveaway, Leveling, Logging, Moderation, Music, Roleplay, Social, Streaming, Tickets, Utility, Verification, Voice, Welcoming
• Choose primary categories only - don't add irrelevant tags for visibility

Bot Avatar/Logo:

• Recommended: 512x512px or higher
• Must be appropriate for all audiences (unless marked NSFW)
• No misleading imagery
• Should represent your bot's brand

Banner (Optional):

• Recommended: 1920x400px
• High quality images preferred
• Should be relevant to your bot

• Malicious Content: Viruses, malware, phishing, IP grabbers, token stealers, or any harmful code
• Illegal Content: Child exploitation, illegal drugs, weapons, hacking services, copyright infringement
• Harassment: Raid bots, spam bots, doxxing tools, harassment utilities
• Scams: Fake giveaways, phishing attempts, pyramid schemes, fraudulent services
• Impersonation: Pretending to be Discord, other bots, or official services
• Server Crashers: Bots designed to crash, lag, or disrupt servers
• API Abuse: Bots that violate Discord's API Terms of Service
• Self-Bots/User-Bots: Bots running on user accounts are prohibited

Adult/NSFW content is allowed but must follow these rules:

• Must be clearly marked as NSFW in submission
• Content must be legal and comply with Discord ToS
• No extreme, illegal, or non-consensual content
• Bot must have age verification features
• NSFW features should be opt-in, not default
• Description must clearly state NSFW nature

• Start with a clear value proposition
• List key features with examples
• Include command examples or usage guides
• Use Markdown formatting for better readability
• Add links to documentation or tutorials
• Be transparent about premium features
• Update regularly with new features

• Choose accurate categories that users actually search
• Write compelling but honest descriptions
• Add high-quality screenshots or demo videos
• Keep your bot online and maintain good uptime
• Respond to reviews and user feedback
• Provide excellent support through your support server
• Regular updates show active development

• Create a support server for user questions
• Provide comprehensive documentation
• Include a help command in your bot
• Respond to user issues promptly
• Keep a changelog of updates
