Quick Start
Get your bot submitting stats to Discord Labs in minutes. No complicated setup needed.

All developers use their Discord account to authenticate. This lets us tie API usage and bot submissions to you.
Sign in with DiscordGenerate your API key
Open the API Keys dashboard and create a new key.
- Click Generate New Key
- Give it a descriptive name, such as “My Bot Stats”
- Copy the key immediately. It is only shown once
- Store it in your bot’s environment variables
LABS_API_KEY and never commit it to source control. Rotate keys periodically and revoke unused ones.Submit your first stats
Send your bot’s metrics to the stats endpoint:
curl -X POST https://labs.conscherry.com/api/v1/stats \-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \-H "Content-Type: application/json" \-d '{"botId":"YOUR_BOT_CLIENT_ID","guildCount":5000,"userCount":250000,"shardCount":2}'
Optional telemetry headers (X-SDK-Name, X-SDK-Version, X-SDK-Lang, X-SDK-Instance-Id) are advisory and must not contain personal data.
Prefer a client library? See the code examples or the JavaScript and Python packages.

Key concepts
Public endpoints
Anyone can list bots and users without authentication. Ideal for web apps and dashboards.
Authenticated endpoints
Submitting stats requires your API key, so only you can update your bot’s data.
Rate limiting
Limits are generous and reported in response headers. See the rate limiting guide for details.
Standard format
Every response is JSON with a consistent success and error shape.
